The Terran Space Academy does a deep dive into the Minotaur solid rocket motor system, ground support systems including Vehicle Control, Vehicle Interface and Data Reduction Systems as well as thrust vector control, flight termination, and power control system.
The Minotaur rocket system is a civilian version of the Minuteman II Intercontinental Ballistic Missile system that protected America from the early 1960s until the mid 1990s. When they were replaced by the Minuteman III. The retired rockets were put to work placing small satellites into orbit as the Minotaur Rocket System, flown by Northrup Grumman for government contracted payloads.
